Even the worst days come with the hopes of a good night's sleep, while some of the best days can end up
ruined when sleep comes without rest or not at all. "The Solace of Sleep" is a representation of the promise of a restful slumber. The feeling of contentment, deep relaxation and weightlessness that we feel right at the edge of awareness. Although this type of deep meaningful sleep may not happen often, it keeps us coming back night after night after night. Inspired by the expressive figurative work of Coderch & Malavia.
